The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office is partnering with the Flagler County Library to present a program on cyber-bullying in the Library’s Garden Room on Saturday, April 16 at 1:30 p.m.
Flagler Palm Coast High School’s School Resource Deputy Calvin Grant will present the 30-minute program that will include a question and answer session.
School students, parents and guardians are invited to attend.
“This is an important topic in today’s ever-growing use of the Internet and social networking sites,” said Flagler County Sheriff Donald W. Fleming.
Free copies of “ComputerCop”, a computer program that allows parents to keep track of where their children are going on the internet, will be provided courtesy of Sheriff Fleming.
In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!
