In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!

Creating Art Is Not A Crime!
Thanks to Vaughn Cochran, one of the founding members of our City of St. Augustine Visioning Committee: this issue urgently needs to be added to St. Augustine Visioning plan at meeting at 1 PM on Monday, June 8, 2005, 10th anniversary of effective enforcement of our June 7, 2005 federal court victory on Jensen v. City of St. Augustine (Rainbow flags First Amendment case before U.S. District Court Chief Judge Henry, Lee Adams, Jr. of the Middle District Judge of Florida, inter alia ordering Rainbow flags to fly on our historic Bridge of Lions June 8-13, 2005). Otherwise, musicians and artists sue again in federal court and win, as so many times before! Venceremos! Click here for video
