Did County FEMA contractor, ARDURRA GROUP, FILE MISLEADING FEDERAL TRADEMARK APPLICATION?

St. Johns County's dodgy FEMA contractor, ARDURRA® GROUP, LLC received a registered trademark from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

Did ARDURRA® obtain a federal trademark under false pretenses?

ARDURRA means "diligence" or "responsible" in the Basque language, but the ARDURRA®  trademark application stated "The wording 'ARDURRA" has no meaning in a foreign language."

ARDURRA's Intellectual Property lawyer, Matthew H. Swyers, a former USPTO trademark examiner, ran a trademark mill, "The Trademark Company," not signing thousands of trademark applications and allowing his staff to sign his name.  That was illegal.

ADRURRA IP lawyer Matthew H. Swyers surrendered his license to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office for fraudulent practices last year, but the ARDURRA® trademark remains in force.  Here's an article on his "epic" three-year ethics battle.

ARDURRA®  GROUP LLC Lawyer MATTHEW SWYERS, filed false or misleading 2015 federal trademark application.
