Dear Mr. Slavin:

Thank you for contacting the Florida Department of Law Enforcement’s Public Records Section. Your tracking number is PRR-2023-3783.

Public records requests are processed in the order that they are received. Processing time may be lengthy due to the nature and extent of the request. Searches may be negative and FDLE may not have records responsive to your public records request. You may also receive an invoice for your request depending on the nature and extent of your public records request. A copy of the FDLE Guide to Public Records is attached for your review.

Please be advised that FDLE may not be the custodian of all of the records you requested. FDLE is not the custodian of all State of Florida criminal incident-related records for every state and local criminal justice agency.

Additional information regarding how to obtain public records including what costs may be applicable may be found on our website http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/OGC/Public-Records.aspx.

If you have questions concerning your request, please contact us at (850) 410-7676 or publicrecords@fdle.state.fl.us, and please include your “PRR” docket number we’ve provided above.

I'm retired and I don't have to be your role model anymore Slavin. Also, I don't need your permission to make money. I'm not being paid with your tax dollars. It's none of your business. Get a life Slavin.

Long live King David. Tea Party Ed thinks these people should be working for free. Cities the effects on poor people as an excuse to vote down taxes as the hogs and tourists spend it up.. leave their money in as few hands as possible. That's not progress.
