United States Postal Service Inspector General Asked to Investigate St. Augustine Post Office Sale to Flagler College

Congressman JOHN LUIGI MICA and local postal officials are reportedly meeting to discuss moving the St. Augustine, Florida Post Office, selling it to Flagler College and buying land from an Augusta, Georgia real estate company.
No competitive bidding for: (a) USPS selling the St. Augustine Post Office to Flagler College; and (b) USPS buying new land from an Augusta, Georgia real estate company.
Why not?
Will USPS keep our post office boxes downtown?
We deserve answers, not "done deals" between USPS, Flagler College, the City of St. Augustine and Congressman JOHN LUIGI MICA.
