At 3 PM today, some 200-300 creditors met at Bankruptcy Court in Jacksonville, Florida.
LYDIA CLADEK, who is under FBI investigation, was not there.

Retired IRS attorney Francis Lilly, who represents CLADEK, purported to be the President of the company now, named by CLADEK. In reality, LYDIA CLADEK, INC. is now being run by a Trustee appointed by the Court.

LYDIA CLADEK, INC. was essentially a bank, not regulated as such, that took investors' money and lent it to car dealers specializing in selling cars to low-income consumers at 29% interest.
