Ex-City Manager WILLIAM BARRY HARRIS RETURNS as "Reserve Chief of Police" of the City of St. Augustine

Illegally appointed by Governor Scott to the Florida Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission, since 2010 the recipient of $108,000 and change in retirement benefits, and a sinecure from Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR, controversial ex-City Manager WILLIAM BARRY HARRISS is back. The man who dumped a landfill in a lake is now the "Reserve Chief of Police" of the City of St. Augustine, supposedly a "volunteer" position. Waiting on documents. HARRISS is apparently there because Chief of Police Loran Lueders is running the 450th, as a result of ex-Mayor JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR. having induced the hiring of his crony, DANA STE. CLAIRE, a/k/a "PRIMA DANA" as 450th Director, without posting or advertising the job as required by civil rights laws.

Someone please let the citizens of St Augustine/St Johns County know who the hell is this person/thing named Ed “Slobbering” Slavin? Other than the ability to type, what are his legitimate credentials?
