UnderSheriff JOEL BOLANTE receiving key to the City of St. Augustine Beach tonight?
Ask him if he thinks Michelle O'Connell committed suicide. Is he running for Sheriff to replace DAVID BERNARD SHOAR?
UPDATE: BOLANTE DID NOT APPEAR. NO EXPLANATION, OTHER THAN THAT HE WAS UNAVAILABLE. WONDER WHY?
