SCOTUS To Hear Virginia Gov. Bribery Conviction

ROBERT McDONNELL, Governor of Virginia, was granted a stay of his two year prison sentence last year and a writ of certiorari at today's Conference at the Supreme Court of the United States. The Court to hear and decide his bribery conviction, allowing the Court to decide the question of interest to some local politicians as the FBI investigates corruption in St. Johns County.
