2. Your frequent unavailability to other public officials and to the public, your ignoring Open Records requests your notoriously bad judgment (Michelle O'Connell and other shooting cases, Ford Street incident, etc.) and your reported fainting spells mean that your health is a valid issue for journalistic inquiry.
