After several abrupt "retirements" by alleged wrongdoing administrators, FLAGLER COLLEGE, INC. has settled the retaliation case Brough by Dr. Tina Jaeckle, Ph.D. The mediator's report is in the federal court file. Terms are being finalized.
Concerns about sexual harassment of students led to Dr. Jaeckle's firing, at the behest of Dr. WILLIAM LEE PROCTOR, Ed.D., our former Dull Republican state representative, who told the St. Augustine Record that he only ran to keep another Democrat from being elected again to the seat formerly occupied by Democrat Doug Wiles.
Title IX rights must be vindicated. Congratulations, Dr. Jaeckle. ]
I knew FLAGLER COLLEGE, INC. was going to lose when it removed Dr. Jaeckle's state court lawsuit to federal court.
I knew FLAGLER COLLEGE, INC. would lose when I read the well-pled complaint about libidinous louts like former UnderSheriff JOEL BOLANTE, empowered by coverup artists like WILLIAM LEE PROCTOR and JOSPEH JOYNER.
Amateur Hour. This was not so much a college as an 'ole Southern Plantation, presided over by right-wing dictators and Tinpot Napoleons like BOLANTE, PROCTOR and JOYNER..
I hope FLAGLER COLLEGE, INC. will grow to be a place where human rights are respected and not neglected, where libidinous FCI staff members don't get pulled over by St. Johns County Sheriff's deputies with naked students in their automobiles, where faculty no longer fear firing for speaking out.
What's next? Ask corporate lobbyist from the Thomas Martin Fiorentino and RogersTowers firms -- former Jacksonville Mayor, University of North Florida President and John Delaney, Flagler College President Ad Interim.
