ANNALS OF DeSANTISTAN: Federal appeals court puts Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' law on hold (WFSU /NSoF)|

The State of Florida and plaintiffs challenging its unjust law are in settlement negotiations.   Meanwhile, no appeal filed yet from similar order of U.S. District Court Judge Wendy Berger, the second judge to rule on the issue. Judge Berger was a St. Johns County judge and prosecutor and death penalty counsel for Governor John Edward "Jeb" Bush.

All a big pander to stupid religious people trying to extend the law to suit their utopian views on how society should be... because their religious arguments aren't cutting it in the reality business. They used to use the sword so this behavior is similar.
