Why won't the 7th Circuit State's Attorney's office, headed by RALPH JOSEPH LARIZZA, share or comply with the National District Attorney's Association National Prosecution Standards?
I have been asking LARIZZZA since circa 2006.
Now that four (4) wonderful women have been threatened by an angry convicted felon for attacking them for criticizing developers and County Attorney RICHARD CHRISTIAN KOMANDO, LARIZZA's louche gauche mismanagement comes into sharp repose.
No response to telephone messages left with St. Johns County Sheriff's Detctives or our State's Attorney's Office re: why one of two charges were dropped against NATHAN JAMES KEYES, who allegedly threatened County Commission Chair Krista Keating Joseph and Vice Chair Ann Taylor with lurid, colorful images. Charges remain pending against KEYES for concealing or destroying evidence. Circuit Court Judge J. Lee Smith will hold a felony pretrial concerrence on January 7, 2026.
In professional prosecutor offices complying with NDAA standards, reasons are given for dropping charges. I first read NDAA standards when they were given too me by the Honorable James Nelson Ramsey, Anderson County, Tennessee District Attorney in 1981.
Here is the docket:
