Pushing Fair Tax

* Rally for those supporting a "fair tax" was attended by more than 200 people Wednesday afternoon at the Castillo De San Marcos.
* Hundreds of rallies held across the country pushed for a House resolution before Congress that would eliminate income taxes and abolish the Internal Revenue Service.
* U.S. Rep. John Mica, who represents St. Johns County, is a co-sponsor of the House bill.
* Opponents say implementing fair tax would place greater burden on low-income families.

Ed, there were fair tax people there, but it's not correct to say that they represented everyone at the rally. The Record did an absolutely pitiful job of reporting the event. I'm not absolutely convinced that they actually were there, other than to take a few photos.
How about getting a better view of the facts before YOU report on them. There are many more issues, important to many more people.
