Lawyer and Baptist pastor Hunter Sinclair Conrad, our former St. Johns County elected Clerk of Courts and Comptroller and former County Administrator, promised as County Administrator full disclosure of all County contracts on our County website, as Orlando does. It's long past time that St. Johns County keeps that promise. What do you think? I wrote Commissioners:
In secret, behind locked gates, our Nation's Oldest City dumped a landfill in a lake (Old City Reservoir), while emitting sewage in our rivers and salt marsh. Organized citizens exposed and defeated pollution, racism and cronyism. We elected a new Mayor. We're transforming our City -- advanced citizenship. Ask questions. Make disclosures. Demand answers. Be involved. Expect democracy. Report and expose corruption. Smile! Help enact a St. Augustine National Park and Seashore. We shall overcome!

IT'S OUR MONEY: Disclosing SJC government contracting spending

Dear Ms. Dixon, Ms. Andrews, Chair Joseph, Vice Chair Murphy, Commissioners Taylor, Whitehurst and Arnold:
1. Would you please be so kind as to provide a spreadsheet of all SJC engineering, consulting and outside law firm contracts, showing their purpose and disbursements, 2000-2025?
2. Please provide the text of each contract, engagement letter or retainer agreement. Please place the information on our BoCC website, in a searchable database, to insure transparency in County operations.
Note: Former County Administrator Hunter Sinclair Conrad promised publicly to place all County contracts on the SJC BoCC website. We look forward to SJC keeping this promise to the people of our County.
Thank you!
With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
