SJC must investigate possible antitrust violations and alleged coercion of employees re: United Way




I wrote St. Johns County Commissioners on October 28, 2025: 

Dear Chair Joseph and Commissioners Taylor, Murphy and Whitehurst, 
1. I am inclined to agree with Commissioner Ann Taylor's concerns.  
2. Would you please be so kind as to request state and federal antitrust review and investigations of SJC relations with employees on alleged coerced United Way participation of St. Johns County employees, including firefighters?   
3. Please send me the documents on antitrust immunity and class research, if any, and legal advice, if any, to Commissioners on United Way coercion and antitrust allegations anc conccrns.
