The Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein

United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware

824 North Market Street, 6th Floor

Wilmington, DE 19801

Dear Judge Silverstein,

My name is Troy Blevins, and I am the owner of The 904 Now, a local media network based

in St. Augustine, Florida. Our organization covers news and community stories across Northeast Florida, including developments in and near St. Johns County.

I am writing to express my support for ensuring that the dolphins currently residing at Marineland, located at 9600 N. Oceanshore Blvd., Flagler County, Florida, remain properly

cared for and, ideally, remain at the Marineland facility following any sale or restructuring of The Dolphin Company, LLC and Leisure Investments Holdings, LLC.

Marineland is not only a historic landmark — it is a vital part of our region’s cultural and environmental identity. Generations of residents and visitors have built deep emotional

connections to this facility and the dolphins that live there. As a local news outlet, we have been closely following this case and have reported extensively on the story. One of our own

employees is a former Marineland dolphin trainer who can personally attest to the high level of care and commitment shown by staff in maintaining the dolphins’ health and well-being.

Our community’s primary concern is that these animals, who have called Marineland home for years, continue to receive the same level of professional care and stability they have

always known. Any potential sale or transfer should, we believe, include clear provisions to safeguard their welfare and maintain continuity of care on site whenever possible.

I respectfully urge the Court to consider the importance of Marineland’s legacy and the welfare of its dolphins as part of these proceedings. The Marineland facility is not only a

business asset — it is a living part of Florida’s history, education, and conservation efforts.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and for your attention to this matter of great

significance to our local community.

Sincerely,

Troy Blevins

Owner of 904 Entertainment Group LLC
