St. Augustine City Commissioners, led by the nose by tatterdemalion City Manager for Life WILLIAM B. HARRISS, refuse to discuss the obvious solution: if there has to be an adult entertainment zone designated, put it next to the St. Augustine Police Station, in the Sebastian Inner Harbor project, where there's some 10,000 square feet of retail spaces planned. Why won't they discuss alternatives? Why do they insist on doing the wrong thing all the time? Let's have a list of the beneficial owners of: (a) the Sebastian Inner Harbor project; and (b) the many spots HARRISS would designate for St. Augustine's Red Light District. Enough flummery, secrecy and tomfoolery. See below.
