In secret, behind locked gates, the managers of the Nation's oldest (European-founded) City illegally dumped 40,000 cubic yards of contaminants in the Old City Reservoir, where people fished and swam for generations. "Others" (His Name is Sam)

David Brinkley on election night once quipped as to the also-rans listed as "Others" -- "His name is Sam."

So the FBI is investigating more than one corrupt public official.

Crooks in City Hall, the Courthouse and Tallahassee need to fear the majesty of the law.

In the words of the equitable maxim, "Let justice be done though the heavens fall."
