HARRISS (a/k/a/ Republican Lord of All He Surveys) asked U.S. Rep. JOHN LUIGI MICA for only one thing -- $5 million for our seawall, which is in danger of collapse.

No imagination.

No drive.

No concern for average City residents.

Nothing for Riberia Street, one of the most flooded, wobbly streets outside the Third World.

Nothing for playgrounds for Lincolnville.

Nothing for any working class neighborhoods.

At least the seawall will protect the Whetstones and other rich white guys from enduring another catastrophic flood like New Orleans!
