By the way, St. Augustine adopted "sexual orientation" as a protected class in our Fair Housing ordinance (2010) AND provided for equal pension benefits for survivors of Gay and Lesbian employees (2014). We did so unaided by any assistance of either the Democratic Party or Gay rights groups. Here in St. Augustine, we take care of our own! Yes we can!
