St. Augustine Beach to Buy 4.3 Acres of Oceanfront Maratea Property, Completing Beautiful Parkland -- Unanimous Vote At City Commission Last Night

Thanks to The Trust for Public Land, City Manager Max Royle, Mayor Andrea Samuels, Vice Mayor Richard O'Brien, Commissioners Sherman Gary Snodgrass, Undine Pawlowski George and Margaret England.  The cost is $4.5 million.  The lease-purchase deal is expected to close in some 90 days.
