POWER DOWN: Duval County Courthouse Chief Judge Mark MahonNearly one week ago, the prickly judge issued an order banning “demonstrations or dissemination of materials that degrade or call into question the integrity of the Court or any of its judges,” on the courthouse grounds. Doing so, according to the order, would lead to arrest. A lawsuit was filed and the judge removed that little part about questioning the integrity of judges.
