Why this matters:
- St. Johns County Circuit Court approved a negotiated enforceable August 8, 2018 $88,688 consent judgment against MEDI-M.D., a BILL McCLURE (BM) company, of which BM was President when it signed a lease, witnessed by PAULA STOVELL, BM's mother..
- MEDI-M.D.s Harbour Island commercial landlord sued McCLURE for unpaid rent and holding over after its material breach. MEDI-M.D. did not pay rent after McCLURE closed his MEDI+M.D. offices after the raid. The new strip mall owner sued MEDI-M.D. for breach of lease and holdover tenant squatting after the lease breach.
- That was after state investigators conducted a raid of his two offices.
- In ordering the search warrants, a 7th Circuit Court Judge found probable cause that federal crimes were committed, resulting in the October 9, 2014 raids.
Meanwhile:
- Florida Attorney General's Statewide Prosecutor General Counsel wrote me June 7, 2018 that the office has an "ongoing" investigation likely to result in imminent arrests or criminal charges.
- On March 15, 2018 MEDI-M.D. transferred to BM for $10 some 135 acres of property, a possible "fraudulent conveyance" that a court or grand jury might one day perhaps examine.
- Nonresident "Political Tourist" BM is running for Mayor of St. Augustine, where he rents a tourist home apartment and has used a "Trojan Trolley" to try to cadge votes of unsuspecting shuttle customers for his "Free" ADA/504-violating "shuttle," which he runs like an assaultive nut and Republican Lord of All He Surveys.
