COUNTY REPUBLICAN CHAIR ENDORSES BILL McCLURE FOR MAYOR IN NONPARTISAN RACE -- SJC REC HELD NO MEETING, VIOLATED RPOF CHARTER

FALSE POLITICAL ADVERTISING?  Newly elected St. Johns County Republican Chairman JERRY CAMERON issued an e-mail, implying an endorsement by the St. Johns County Republican Executive Committee of former St. Johns County Commissioner WILLIAM ANTHONY McCLURE, for Mayor of St. Augustine, Florida.

McCLURE is a nonresident Political Tourist.

Together, with his mother, McCLURE is under ongoing investigation for Medi+M.D. crimes by the Florida State Attorney General's Statewide Prosecutor

CAMERON knew his background but endorsed him anyway.  Read 30+ articles here.

That's BILL McCLURE, second from left, with corrupt political machine. CAMERON is in caramel-colored jacket next to $140 scissors-wielding then-Chair of the St. Johns County Board o f County Commissioners PRISCILLA BENNETT a/k/a "RACHAEL" who refuses to disclose her COGITO LLC lobbying clients, which she says is "none of your business," saying she feels "threatened" by being asked questions.  Harrumph.

JERRY CAMERON is former Assistant County Administrator, former Fernandina Beach Police Chief, defeated 2016 St. Johns County Commission candidate, who lost to fellow Republican Paul Waldron by seven (7) votes. Being elected REC Chair is consolation prize.

As Assistant County Administrator, CAMERON was most noted for his illegal order to kill a little dog, Cyrus.  The dog was saved thanks to litigation and Record reporting by Peter Guinta, but Cyrus the dog is forbidden to come back to St. Johns County again.

REC Chair, JERRY CAMERON is an employee of county FEMA paperwork contractor ARDURRA GROUP, paid inflated rates, for what, exactly?

CAMERON refuses to disclose his clients, for whom he spends twelve hour days.

CAMERON did not respond to multiple e-mails inquiring about the legality of his fatwa.
CAMERON lied about Michelle O'Connell case related records, as part of St. Johns County's continuing cover-up of the September 2, 2010 homicide of Michelle O'Connell in the home of Deputy JEREMY BANKS with BANKS' service weapon.

First, here's conman CAMERON's July 29, 2018 endorsement of McCLURE, followed by my unanswered questions to SJC REC Chair JERRY CAMERON, Republican Lord of All He Surveys:

Re: Politics in St. Johns August 1, 2018

Politics in St. Johns is next Wednesday. It's important to get out and show the Republican Flag. There are critical races which are tight according to polls. Our candidates need your support. We have two Non-Partisan Races with single Republicans facing Democrats and NPA's. In these cases we can and shouldoii give heavy support to our candidates. Bill McClure is running for Mayor of St. Augustine and Victor Raymos is an Airport Authority incumbent facing a strong Democrat challenger. These guys need our support. See the below message from the Chamber of Commerce for details and how to register..

I look forward to seeing you August 1st.

Sincerely,

Jerry Cameron

Dear Mr. Cameron:
A. Shall we empirically infer from your silence that:
1. St. Johns County Republican Executvive Committee (SJC REC) did not have a meeting to endorse candidates in two (2) nonpartisan races?

2. SJC REC did not invite any candidates to speak about those two (2) nonpartisan races?

3. SJC REC had no quorum, e.g., for an REC endorsement meeting it did not hold, to endorse candidates in two nonpartisan races?

4. SJC REC does not have any records on its two (2) endorsements of candidates in two nonpartisan races?

5. SJC REC did not notify RPOF of either an endorsement meeting or endorsements?

6. SJC REC violated RPOF Rule 8 in endorsing two candidates: WILLIAM ANTHONY McCLURE for St. Augustine Mayor and VICTOR RAYMOS for Airport Authority?
7. SJC REC's putative BILL McCLURE and VICTOR RAYMOS "endorsements" are void ab initio and ultra vires?

B. Please respond today re: SJC REC's apparently illegal, ultra vires endorsements, including a dodgy nonresident candidate for Mayor, who is facing imminent arrest and criminal charges in an "ongoing" Florida State Attorney General Statewide Prosecutor  investigation that reportedly covers "possible health care fraud, conspiracy to commit health care fraud, Medicaid provider fraud, grand theft, falsifying a death certificate and practicing medicine without a license," "with a reasonable, good faith anticipation of securing an arrest or prosecution in the forseeable future"? (June 7, 2018 letter from Mr. James Schneider, General Counsel, Florida Statewide Prosecutor, re: my Request No. 2018-155)(attached).

C. Will you please call me today to discuss REC's alleged endorsements in the St. Augustine Mayor's race and Airport Authority race?

Thank you.

With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Ed Slavin
