Illegal 125 Washington Street Demolition With NO Permit: City Commission candidate JOHN OTHA VALDES WOULD DO IT AGAIN

After demolishing 125 Washington Street without a permit in 2016, Commission candidate JOHN OTHA VALDES sought a retroactive permit.

I testified against it.

Retroactive permit was DENIED.

When I told him not to do that again, JOHN OTHA VALES said he would, and that he knows better than City inspectors.
