Reality Check on St. Johns County "Development"

Bad construction, destruction of wetlands, clearcutting of forests, poor planning, insufficient schools and infrastructure, inadequate affordable housing low wages for workers, one-party rule and notorious government corruption--you call this dystopia wonderful? Perhaps for Wall Street oligarchs, but not for St. Johns County residents.

Developers say 80 percent of the development's 650,000-square feet of commercial space is leased.
