Messrs. CARTER and MILLER and Ms. HAGA look just a bit angry. SJC Commission rejected their proposal in 2024. On May 8, 2025, they were watching as our five elected St. Johns County Commissioners listen to witnesses (including me) discuss their thoughts on the upcoming F.S. 70.51 Special Magistrate Hearing. The Special Magistrate hearing will held by the Honorable J. Michael Traynor, a retired Circuit Court Judge (and former Dominican Priest). Date TBA.
There will be a hearing (TBA) held before retired Circuit Court Judge J. Michael Traynor, sitting as Special Magistrate, pursuant Florida Statute 70.51 concerning the controversial proposed "Agrihood" proposal for some 3300 home Planned Unit Development for putative senior citizen housing, on top of possibly contaminated agricultural land, with history of some 100 year history or pesticides, fungicides, rodenticides and fertilizers.
As I asked last year, would grandparents want. their grandbabies sticking their hands in that dirt?

Atheist Pizza News is also known as "Pete" and "Leaduardino Fan" in comments on this blog where he aggressively supported local Attorney Richard Komando, while vilifying slow-growth proponents and commissioners with gory pictures exposing their brains... blood oozing from their eyes and mouths.

So the people on the commission who appointed Komamdo are oligarchs? They don't look like it to me. Where is all the money that these people supposedly have that makes them oligarchs? When will you give actual proof and evidence for wrongdoing, corruption, or illegal activity? I seen you making a lot of assertions but never any hard evidence to back up your claims. It looks to me like you're simply framing narratives that aren't accurate.
Oligarchs have a lot of money. The commissioners don't look like oligarchs to me. Gonna need actual proof that they're oligarchs. You simply saying that they have a lot of money isn't enough. You're also claiming that things aren't democratic. Where is proof and evidence for election crimes? How is elected representatives voting on something not democratic?
No, people are accusing me of being certain things because I've questioned some of the logic and reasoning behind certain assertions and asked for proof and evidence for claims that have been made here. So instead of giving proof and evidence... simply try to end things with "he's just not on our side." The fallacy and irrationality is just neverending.
