President Woodrow Wilson believed in "open covenants openly arrived at." U.S Secretary of State MARCO ANTONIO RUBIO, our former Florida U.S Senator, seems to have an unseemly expansive exception of secrecy, even to conceal facts from federal courts. Former Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan would reply, "Secrecy is for losers -- for people who don't understand the value of the information." It's time for RUBIO to go.

Or the courts know about it and keep things "sealed" or otherwise sweep it under the rug out of view of the general public. Then wonder why people's trust in government is at an all time low. Doing things to protect the government's image but in fact the people aren't stupid so it has the opposite effect. Only accountability and honesty will restore it.
