If your name is D’ANNE LEIGH MICA, and YOUR DADDY is Congressman JOHN LUIGI MICA, the Orange County political machine might just dismiss the case against you, after someone apparently materially altered the electronic record about your failure(s) to appear in Court.
A judge apparently suppressed evidence based upon a determination that there was no probable cause to pull over D'ANNE LEIGH MICA, whose car was described as weaving. A prosecutor apparently provided a notice of appeal, but did not do so timely.
Sweet. Efforts to obtain comment from several Orange County elected officials have been (naturally) been unavailing.
For eleven days since I started asking about the failures to appear noted on the docket sheet.

1. No one has responded to my calls and E-mails requesting information about Congressman Mica's daughter's DUI case and the two material alterations that appear on the electronic docket sheet. Why have none of your responded?
2. By copy of this E-mail, I am alerting the Governor's office to your non-response to my Open Records requests.
3. Now it appears that there has been a third material alteration of the records in quo, as today the docket sheet shows the following for the span of time covered below:

4. I first called to obtain information eleven (11) days ago and have left a number of telephone messages since. The judge's judicial assistant referred me to a PR person who has been as uncommunicative as the Court Administrator and Circuit Court Clerk's office. Is this how citizens are ordinarily treated by the judiciary and clerk's office in Orlando?
5. As a way of making amends for ignoring me for eleven (11) days, will you please respond by 2 PM with the requested records/answers by E-mail?
