While violating federal sunshine requirements in the Federal Advisory Committee Act, the 450th Commission is "co-producing" MENENDEZ NOCHE DE GALA a $195/person fancy-bears ball where the elite literally looked down on peasants (costumed interpreters), with no financial records produced from past GALAS where BOLES' corporation was the reported beneficiary.
