Prudent Investors Won't Touch DOW PUD -- City Flooding Requires $100 Million Pumping System Before CORDOVA INN Is Feasible or Investment-worthy

Mayor Nancy Shaver met September 1, 2015 about a $100 million pumping system to save St. Augustine from flooding. What prudent investor would sink $6,000,000 (or greater amounts) in the DOW PUD until the flooding problem is solved? Bridge Street is a lake after even a light rainfall. What self-respecting swell will want to get their Porsche, BMW or Mercedes all muddy to stay at DAVID's FOLLY? DAVID BARTON CORNEAL may have won a battle on August 24, 2015 (4-1 City Commission vote).
PREDICTION: The misguided CORDOVA INN project will never be completed. Instead, it will be sold to the National Park Service at a fair price to become a centerpiece of our St. Augustine National Historical Park and Seashore.  www.staugustgreen.com
