The City of St. Augustine changed its previously-noticed budget meeting date from September 24 to September 28 at 5:05 PM, supposedly because of a conflict with the County.
The City of St. Augustine Beach changed its budget meeting time from 7 PM to 5:05 PM, on motion of Mayor Andrea Samuels (R-Rodomontade).

Coincidence?
Conscious parallelism?
"Jim Crow" law?
Hick hacks' defective technology, engineered and designed to discourage activists from attending and making meaningful contributions to both meetings?
Several people have opined that it's because the infernal mismanagement of the two twin itty-bitty seaside cities can't stand criticism, and perhaps hoped I could not be in two places at once.
I'm flattered.
We'll just see about that.
See the 15 suggestions (below) for budget riders to both budgets.
