1. Please initiate a civil, criminal and administrative investigation of ex-Mayor of St. Augustine JOSEPH LESTER BOLES, JR. pursuant to F.S. 812 for allegedly obtaining free parking on October 5, 2015 by fraud, to wit, using a City "official business" sign on his 2011 BMW automobile, when he is no longer Mayor, using that sign as a fraudulent means to obtain free parking, against the peace and dignity of the people of St. Augustine. https://historiccity.com/2015/staugustine/news/florida/boles-caught-using-expired-pass-to-get-free-parking-54953
