SAB Rejects Free Speech Limits

Wisely following the lead of Mayor Andrea Samuels, St. Augustine Beach Commissioners October 5th rejected any restrictions on citizen free speech, responding to a memo from the City Manager calling for some revisions to the City's procedural rules, not amended since 1989, called to their attention by citizen Thomas F. Reynolds, Jr.
