DOES TALLAHASSEE ELECTION LAWYER MARK HERRON'S DUAL REPRESENTATION OF REPUBLICANS AND DEMOCRATS "TEMPT DISHONOR?"

Supreme Court Chief Justice Earl Warren and the Bible both agree on one thing: "A [person] cannot serve two masters." See United States v. Mississippi Valley Generating Co., 364 U.S. 520, 548 (1961)(the “Dixon-Yates case”), with the Supreme Court relying on Matthew 6:24 and expressing the view that prevention of conflicts of interest is aimed "not only at dishonor but at conduct that tempts dishonor."

Does it "tempt dishonor" for Tallahassee power lawyer to be representing both Republican RANDY BRUNSON and Republicans as well as our Florida Democratic Party and Democrats?

Yes. See below. HERRON must disqualify himself from representing BRUNSON.
