The amendment is falsely advertised. Florida should be free to regulate foreign investors, whose copious quantities of cash are corrupting our political system with Limited Liablity Corporations (LLCs) with undisclosed and even unsavory investors from Japan, Australia, Korea, China, Canada, India, etc.

Everywhere you see environmental destruction in Florida, there's foreign investors hiring the GEORGE McCLURES of the world to flatter politicians and get their way.

Their investments helped create the bubble that's burst. We need to regulate them, instead of insulating them from disclosure and liability.
