AKERMAN SENTERFITT CLIENT BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO AGREES TO COMPLY WITH ADA

This week marks the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Check out the press release from USDOJ (below), concerning ADA violations by WAYNE HUIZINGA's BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO concerning service animals for persons with disabilities.

If AKERMAN SENTERFITT were a proactive law firm, its dumb 'ole clients would not have been gigged by an ADA complaint in the first place.

The best corporate lawyers are like the late Elihu Root, who famously said that the most important legal advice you can give is "you're damned fools and you should stop."

AKERMAN SENTERFITT doesn't prevent problems -- it creases them.

Perfect example: our City of St. Augustine dumped 40,000 cubic yards of solid waste in our Old City Reservoir. AKERMAN SENTERFITT billed us hundreds of thousands of dollars on a hare-brained scheme (take the waste back to Lincolnville).

What a bunch of lugubrious goobers! And one of them actually wants to be your Attorney General (DANIEL SAUL GELBER).

See below for USDOJ press release on BLOCKBUSTER VIDEO -- if it were advised by mensches instead of wrenches, it would not have been sued in the first place.
