NO GLBT Rights Protection in Proposed No-Bid Sweetheart Contract Between City of St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine Beach Civic Association

1. Why is there no mention of "sexual orientation" or "gender identity" in section 21, "nondiscrimination?" 

2. Why aren't those terms in every contract and lease?

3. In light of SABCA officer Mr. Robert Samuels' overt verbal hostility toward a "Lesbian" officeholder in SAB, this matters.
