The circus that is St. Augustine City Hall is being tented, temporalily. $400,000 termite fumigation is underway. Meanwhile, Justice Louis Brandeis said, "Sunlight is the best disinfectant," but City Hall burghers are too resistant to transparency, taking some ten years of minutes off the city website and too often stiffing Open Records requesters.
