Flori-DUH ELECTIONS COMMISSION STIFFS COMPLAINANTS

Ever heard of a governmental agency so secretive it refuses to acknowledge a complaint? Is this a reflection of the low ethical expectations in Tallahassee today under tedious tendentious tawdry Governor RICHARD LYNN SCOTT?
Without a vote of the Florida Elections Commission, without telling the citizens, our Flori-DUH Elections Commission is no longer sending letters to complainants acknowledging their complaints.
When I filed complaints against RANDY BRUNSON, KAREN STERN, BRUCE MAGUIRE and MARKY MINER in 2008, the Elections Commission wrote me back to acknowledge receipt of the complaint and explain its procedures. Subject: Request No. 2016-303: Florida Election Commission new policy of not acknowledging complaints in letters to complainants
Good afternoon:
1. Please send me by close of business today a copy of the Florida Election Commission new "policy" of not acknowledging any new complaints in letters to complainants.

2. Since the "policy" was never posted on FEC's website, and was never subject to notice and comment rulemaking, it appears to violate both APA and Due Process.
3. Please place this matter on the public agenda for your next Commission meeting.
4. Please refer this matter to the Chief Inspector General and State Attorney General for civil, criminal and administrative investigation.
Thank you.
With kindest regards, I am,
Sincerely yours,
Ed Slavin
