National Response Center Report No. 1203045

Controversial hotelier RICHARD BURTT O'BRIEN's possible criminal violations of the Toxic Substance Control Act are subject of a report to the National Response Center by local resident David Nails. Three cheers for Mr. Nails!

Blowing the whistle on disgraced St. Augustine Beach hotelier, Commissioner and ex-Mayor RICHARD BURTT O'BRIEN's misfeasance, malfeasance and nonfeasance -- It takes a village.

After the filing of National Response Center Report No. 1203045, by Mr. Nails today, one of O'BRIEN's henchmen proceeded to move the cans to the dumpster, hiding them.  This may be construed as an obstruction of justice.

RICH O"BRIEN needs to be investigated for possible federal environmental crimes.

Enough lawbreaking. O'BRIEN has already been fined $25,000 for violating setback and overhang legal requirement for the property - two ugly McMansions his colleagues allowed him to vote, against finding of Planning and Zoning Board.  He was also fined $200 for violating Florida Elections law by unethical, misleading campaign postcards.
