Subject: Ineffective assistance of outside counsel on LEN WEEKS' unlawful destruction of 210-year old Spanish colonial Don Pedro Fornell house in St. Augustine, Florida

Dear Mr. Bayer:
1. Blackstone said cross-examination was the greatest engine ever invented for discovering the truth.
2. You did not cross-examine Len Weeks at the November 12 City of St. Augustine Code Enforcement hearing.
3. Why?
4. What instructions were you given by City Attorney Isabelle Lopez (who hugged LEN WEEKS at the conclusion of the Code Enforcement hearing)?
5. Please call to discuss your hiring, preparation and billing.
6. It might be a breach of fiduciary duty to pay you.
7. I hereby object to the City of St. Augustine anything for your services. I suggest you not send a bill.
Thank you.
Cordially,
Ed Slavin
