JOHN GIANNOTTA, Sheriff DAVID BERNARD SHOAR's brother-in-law wrote this on Facebook on 9/2/2015, fifth anniversary of Michelle O'Connell's shooting death in the home of Sheriff's Deputy JEREMY BANKS.  JOHN GIANNOTTA was a St. Augustine City Commissioner when SHOAR was hired/promoted at SAPD.  What a feckless, reckless, lugubrious goober.  GOD FORGIVE HIM.
