CITY MANAGER WILLIAM B. HARRISS, MAYOR BOLES, HAVE A LOT OF EXPLAINING TO DO RE: HOMELESSNESS

How could the City of St. Augustine say that the St. Johns County government wouldn't do anything about the homeless when the City has never talked to the County Commission or Administrator? Mayor BOLES ran in 2006 stating he was the best candidate because of his "sense of humor," calling the Mayor's job "ceremoial."

What's going on here? See St. Augustine Record article, below. It sounds like Mayor BBOLES and City Manager HARRISS are an unreasonable facsimile of "YUL NIVVER," See below. We have a right to expect leadership. Are we getting it?

Nr, HARRISS and Mayor BOLES, you've got of explaining to do, starting at tonight's budget hearing. Mr. HARRISS' services, such as they are, may no longer be required.
