IN HAEC VERBA: Local's Letter to Google on Hate Websites' Intentional Abuse of Google Ad Words by Asking for Haters to Click on Google Ads

Google ads no longer appear on two local hate websites, and for good reason. Here is the letter another St. Augustine resident sent to the General Counsel of Google on March 10, 2010:

Google® did not respond to my February 11, 2010 letter regarding local hate websites. Why?

Google® did not respond to my July 21, 2009 letter regarding local hate websites. Wny?

Please be advised that the owner of those hate websites is inviting people to click on Google® ads to generate revenue, which is a violation of the terms of service. The enclosed January 14, 2010 posting states inter alia:

Please support our advertisers, All it takes is for everyone (registered or not) to click on an ad when they take their daily stroll through plazabum. No credit card required LOL!

Isn’t this fraud? Isn’t this also a violation of Google’s terms of service? Will you remedy it now?

As I wrote you on February 11, 2010:

This is to advise you that a hate site in our community now has Google® ads. Will you please call me to acknowledge receipt of this letter and tell me what you will do? On July 21, 2009, I wrote you a letter, entitled, “PLEASE DE-LIST TWO HATE SITES IN ST. AUGUSTINE, FLORIDA: www.plazabum.com and www.shamefulpeople.com,” inter alia, asking in pertinent part:

Will you please de-list two local St. Augustine hate websites, www.plazabum.com and www.shamefulpeople.com for possible hate crimes, cyberstalking, defamation and interference with business relationships?

On May 21, 2009, I filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services regarding hate sites run by a private investigator and local political operative/fundraiser here in St. Johns County, Florida. (Enclosed). MICHAEL GOLD f/k/a/ MICHAEL TOBIN runs two hate sites, www.plazabum.com and www.shamefulpeople.com, which are abusing Google® search engines to:

1. Intimidate citizen-activists with threats of physical bodily harm and economic

harm.

2. Disseminate unsigned material that is indecent, obscene, racist, sexist, misogynist, anti- Semitic, homophobic, and anti-Gay, seeking to intimidate local activists.

3. Infringe upon copyrighted photos of persons on our website, www.globalwrap.com.

4. Libel private individuals.

5. Tortiously interfere with business relationships and damage business reputations.

You did not respond. Will you please de-list www.plazabum.com and www.shamefulpeople.com?

Please expeditiously remove the two St. Augustine, Florida hate websites, www.plazabum.com and www.shamefulpeople.com, from your search engines. Please stop fanning the flames of hate and adhere to Google® principles, from this day forward.

Since the owner of the two local hate websites are now defrauding Google® (Exhibit), you must respond immediately or you will be in breach of your fiduciary duty to Google® shareholders.
