Environmental Justice and Criminal Investigation Needed of St. Augustine, Florida

Take a gander at the report at the top of the links (left). We need a federal investigation on environmental justice issues here in St. Augustine, Florida, where City Manager WILLIAM B. HARRISS dumped 40,000 cubic yards of solid waste in our Old City Reservoir; emitted 611,294 gallons of raw sewage in our San Sebastian River; and caused semi-treated sewage effluent to be deposited in our saltwater marsh for years, while telling City Commissioners (but not the people). Before or after his retirement, HARRISS needs to be indicted, tried and convicted of environmental crimes. What do you reckon?
