Dear Mayor Shaver, Vice Mayor Horvath, Commissioners Freeman, Sikes-Kline and Neville and Mr. Regan:
Please audit Florida Power & Light and all city franchisees on an annual basis re: franchise tax payments. The facts are these:
1. Our Nation's Oldest City receives m ore than one million dollars each year in FPL franchise fee revenue, and Mr. Litzinger claims he has no money to audit it -- EVER!
2 . This is a b reach of fiduciary duty.
3. This is a stench in the nostrils of the City.
4. Please be prepared to discuss at 3/23/2015 meeting and in C-SPAN televised interviews.
