National Response Center Report No. 1163961: BUTLER BEACH BOAT RAMP Contaminated Debris Staging Area Polluting Our Matanzas River

UPDATE: November 14, 2016: This was a FEMA contractor. The Board of County Commissioners never voted to allow this abuse of our park. Now there must be a civil, criminal and administrative investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division (CID) of the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
UPDATE, November 13, 2016, 4:27 PM EST: St. Johns County Commissioner-elect I. Henry Dean just told me the first truckload of waste is being removed from Frank Butler Park today. He called last week and the County was slow to take action.

I have requested a criminal, civil and administrative investigation by EPA and FDEP of St. Johns County government's environmental crime -- a post Hurricane Matthew debris staging area at Frank Butler Boat Ramp on Anastasia Island, polluting our pristine Matanzas River with sewage, fiberglas, paint, tar, asbestos and mold contaminated debris from flooded homes and commercial buildings. The National Response Center has assigned it report number 1163961.

Tomorrow is a full moon -- a 70 year epic super moon -- high tide is at 8 AM.

Come gather at the Frank Butler Boat Ramp at 400 Riverside Blvd. at 7 AM, November 14 (Monday) and come speak to St. Johns County Commission at 9 AM on November 15 (Tuesday) at 500 Sebastian View (County Administration Building a/k/a "TAJ MAHAL"). Like any good diplomats, we shall not take "no" for an answer.

Ask questions.

Demand answers.
