Dr. Pawlowski to Sheriff DAVID SHOAR: Investigate Defamatory Hate Speech By Employee WILLIAM JONES

Dr. Michel Serge Pawlowski, D.Sci, CEM, has asked controversial St. Johns County Sheriff DAVID SHOAR to investigate demoted Sheriff's Department employee WILLIAM JONES for distributing a defamatory racist flyer at the Wednesday Farmer's Market at our St. Johns County Ocean Fishing Pier Park, accusing "a group of elderly white men" of being racists for asking questions about business licenses, sanitation and other issues involving an African-American vendor.

In a hand-delivered February 16, 2017 letter to SHOAR, Dr. Pawlowski points out that JONES used his County Sheriff's vehicle to park illegally and distribute written hate speech to Farmer's Market vendors.  JONES is President of St. Augustine Beach Civic Association.  The County Attorney also received a copy of the document, date-stamped February 17, 2017, from Dr. Pawlowski, a local activist who is the father of St. Augustine Beach Vice Mayor Undine Pawlowski George.

Why is WILLIAM JONES still on the public payroll?

JONES, SABCA EVP ROBERT SAMUELS and disgraced ex-Mayor ANDREA SAMUELS deserve investigation for their maladministration of SABCA. Inquiring SABCA members and board members should ask questions and demand answers.

Left to right: SABCA President WILLIAM JONES, Commissioner ANDREA SAMUELS, et ux, SABCA VP ROBERT SAMUELS, tedious tendentious serial First Amendment violators.

Bottom line:
